SALAZAR IN REM an execution was issued by the court to the Sheriff of this county on JUNE 13, 2014.  The execution ordered the sale of defendant(s) REAL PROPERTY to satisfy the judgment.  The property to be sold is:

The described property will be offered for sale at public auction for cash only on AUGUST 14, , 2014, at 10:00 a.m. in the first floor lobby of the Woodbury County Courthouse, Sioux City, Iowa.
