As a result of the judgment rendered in the above-referenced case on JANUARY 28, 2014 in favor of EVERBANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO EVERHOME MORTGAGE COMPANY and against DENNIS M. NELSON IN REM an execution was issued by the court to the Sheriff of this county on JUNE 9, 2014.  The execution ordered the sale of defendant(s) REAL PROPERTY to satisfy the judgment.  The property to be sold is:

The described property will be offered for sale at public auction for cash only on AUGUST 12, , 2014, at 10:00 a.m. in the first floor lobby of the Woodbury County Courthouse, Sioux City, Iowa.
