JANUARY 23, 2013 — SPECIAL MEETING OF THE WOODBURY COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

The Board of Supervisors met on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at 6:00 p.m in Salix Iowa.  Board members present were Clausen, Boykin, Tripp, Monson and Smith.  Dennis Butler, Finance/Operations Controller, Mark Nahra, County Engineer and Pat Gill, County Auditor/Clerk to the Board. 
      
Chairman Clausen Called the meeting to order.

Clausen gave an explanation of the purpose of the meeting.

Dennis Butler gave an explanation of the proposed Secondary Roads Capital Improvement Fund.

Mark Nahra explained how the funds would be used by the Secondary Roads to improve the county’s bridges in county’s secondary road system.

A question and answer period followed to allow for citizen input.

Mr. Clausen adjourned the meeting.
