MAY 11, 2012 — SPECIAL MEETING OF THE WOODBURY COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
The Board of Supervisors met on Friday, May 11, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. Board members present were Clausen, Monson, Smith, and Boykin; Tripp was absent.  Staff members present were Karen James, Board Administrative Coordinator, Joshua Widman, Assistant County Attorney and Jean Jessen, Deputy Auditor.
Meeting was called to order.
Motion by Clausen second Monson by to approve the memorandum of Understanding with City of Sioux City for the Justice Assistance Grant Application.  Carried 4-0.  Copy filed.
Motion by Boykin second by Clausen to approve the designation of 20% ($4,389) of awarded funds for Personnel Costs associated with County participation in the Drug Task Force.  Carried 4-0.
