The best way to check for comparability of the assessment of your property is to look for sales of properties like yours. We have included a sales file of each neighborhood in Sioux City.  It is best to stay within your neighborhood, if possible.  The neighborhood name is located on the upper half of your assessment roll underneath the tax district.
