Valuation Appeal Information
As a property owner you have rights.
If you do not agree with the value the assessor has placed on your property, you should call or stop into the office. You can help yourself and your assessor by making sure the information on file is accurate, by locating your property on this website. The assessor’s office staff should be able to answer your questions about your assessed value and explain how to appeal if you cannot come to an agreement.
The protest period is April 7th thru May 5.

Multi Family Rental properties (3 units and above) will be asked to fill out an Apt & Multi Family Income & Expense form.
Commercial or Industrial properties will be asked to fill out a Commercial Income & Expense form.
