ST. PADDY'S DAY sTEP ENFORCEMENT ACTIVITY REPORT
Woodbury County participates in state funded traffic enforcement projects throughout the year. These projects are usually designed around holiday's that tend to lend themselves to the increased consumption of alcohol. As we all know, with St. Paddy's Day, comes the increased flow of green beer at the local pub's. The Woodbury County Sheriff's Office increased it's patrols from March 13th through the 17th to help stem the possible increase in intoxicated drivers. We do this for everyones safety. Below is the report submitted back to the State of Iowa with the numbers from our project.
